FREE PARKING

Free parking options are available around the Town of Breckenridge. Click the lot name for parking map.

 

Airport Road Lot

***Airport Road Lot Closure: Effective May 12, 2025, this lot will permanently close at 5 p.m. ***

  • IMPORTANT: All vehicles remaining on May 13th after 9 a.m. will be ticketed and eligible for tow. 

  • Overnight parking options are on the East side of Stephen C. West Ice Arena. Oversized vehicle parking will be very limited; please check back after May 1st for location and pricing.

  • The employee parking area in the Airport Road Lot is separate from skier parking and all users must have a permit.

  • Parking is conveniently located next to the bus shelter.

  • PAID parking available from 2AM - 6AM.

 

East Sawmill Lot

  • Free AFTER 5PM. 

  • 89 spaces.

  • Location: 100 N. Main Street Alley.

  • Access: 100 Block of Ski Hill Road or Watson.

  • Advantages: Centrally located, near Gondola, restaurants & shopping on Main Street. 
    Note: this lot is only open to public parking after 5PM. Prior to 5PM it is employee permit parking only.

  • NO parking from 2AM - 6AM.

F Lot

  • Free AFTER 3PM in the summer (June - October).

  • Free AFTER 5PM in the winter (November - April).

  • NO parking from 2AM - 6AM.

Ice Rink Lot

  • Free 6AM - 2AM.

Tiger Dredge

  • Free AFTER 8PM in the summer (June - October).

  • Free AFTER 3PM in the winter (November - April).

  • NO parking from 2AM - 6AM.​​

IMPORTANT PARKING INFORMATION:

  • Parking is prohibited in all Town of Breckenridge operated parking lots between 2AM and 6AM (November - April).

  • Parking is prohibited on all streets year-round unless otherwise noted.

  • Parking restrictions are strictly enforced.

  • Sleeping or camping in vehicles is not permitted in any town lot or public street.

  • Always check signs before parking.
