  2. Begin Parking Session & Complete Transaction – enter zone, license plate, & credit card

Instructions to use the wallet on Passport parking app:

 

  • iPhone users & web browser users - select "Wallet" as the payment method and then "Locals $3 Free" option.

  • Android users - select "Check pre-funded wallet offers for this location." On the next screen, scroll to the left to view the "Local $3 Free" option.

SOLAR-POWERED PAYMENT STATIONS

Breck Park offers solar-powered payment stations at select lots and on-street parking, making payment easy and fast at all hours,

PAYMENT STATIONS
STEP-BY-STEP

1. Park first and remember your license plate number.

2. Locate payment stations (typically 2 per block face).

3. Press 'Start" on keypad to begin.

4. Enter license plate number.

5. Insert credit card and follow on-screen instructions.

6. Retain receipt for proof of purchase and expiration time (no need to display on dash).

7. Before time expires, you can return to any meter in the same block or zone to add time.

8. Once time has expired, vehicle must be moved to a different location (zone) in order to begin new session.
